The first woman to roll four 800 series on the Ladies Pro Bowlers Tour and one of only two ever to accomplish that, Gianulias joined the tour in the 1979 season and was named rookie of the year.
She led the LPBT in scoring average in 1981, 1982, and 1986. Her average of 213.89 pins in 1986 is a record. Gianulias was named woman bowler of the year in 1982, when she was the top money winner with $45,875.
Though she never won a major tournament, she is third all-time with 18 tournament victories and fifth in career earnings with $442,896 through 1993. She has bowled in tour events only occasionally since 1986.
