1941 - LoPresti Stops 80 of 83 Shots
Goalie Samuel LoPresti of the Chicago Black Hawks set an NHL record by stopping 80 shots against the Boston Bruins. But three others went past him and Boston won the game, 3-2.

Joe Frazier knocked out Buster Mathis in the 11th round at Madison Square Garden to win the New York version of the heavyweight championship.
