History
The Tallahassee Quarterback Club has presented the Biletnikoff Award to the nation's outstanding collegiate pass receiver since 1993.
The award is named for Fred Biletnikoff, a Florida State All-American who became a Pro Football Hall of Fame receiver with the Oakland Raiders.
