Cleveland Indians 1931

History

This was Cleveland's fourth unsuccessful pro football franchise. It was actually operated by the NFL itself, in the hope that a local backer would eventually take the team over.

But the Indians went 2-8-0, which attracted no investors, and the franchise was dissolved after the season.
