Adams Award

In 1974, the NHL Broadcasters' Association established this award in memory of Jack Adams, former coach and general manager of the Detroit Red Wings.

The award is given to the NHL coach "adjudged to have contributed the most to his team's success." Mambers of the Broadcasters' Association are polled to determine the winner.
