Olympic Medalists: Cross-Country Running

History

A cross-country team event was held at the 1904 Olympics in St. Louis, but only two teams, both from the United States, entered.

In 1912, cross-country was added to the Olympic program, with both individual and team races. However, the sport was dropped after 1924.
